Virtual Private Servers (VPS):-

* Virtual Private Servers (VPS) will be suspended if unpaid after 24 hrs of overdue period passed.

* Virtual Private Servers (VPS) rented just 1 Month ago will be cancelled/terminated if unpaid after 3–4 days of overdue period passed.

* Virtual Private Servers (VPS) rented more than 1 month ago will be cancelled/terminated if unpaid after 6–7 days of overdue period passed.

* Virtual Private Servers (VPS) rented more than 6 months ago will be cancelled/terminated if unpaid after 13–14 days of overdue period passed.

* Virtual Private Servers (VPS) rented more than 12 months ago will be cancelled/terminated if unpaid after 29–30 days of overdue period passed.

* Virtual Private Servers (VPS) inside data cannot be restored at all If cancelled or terminated.

** Please get renewal date exception by reaching us. We will review and let you know whether we can accept your request or not according to the situation.

Dedicated Servers (Physical / Bare Metal):-

* Dedicated Servers (Physical) will be suspended if unpaid after 24 hrs of overdue period passed.

* Dedicated Servers (Physical) will be cancelled/terminated if unpaid after 3–4 days of overdue period passed.

* Some Dedicated Servers (Physical) inside data can still be restored after 7–10 days of overdue period passed. However, We cannot guarantee regarding this.

How to avoid service(s) interruption?

* Please top up advance fund to your RootLayer.net account so we can use that fund to renew your running service(s).

* Advance top up payment link: https://rootlayer.net/billing/clientarea.php?action=addfunds

* We accept Credit/Debit Card payment via Stripe.com & Paypal via 2Checkout.com

* Payments via Stripe.com can be autocharged by our system on request. Paypal via 2Checkout.com cannot be autocharged.

* We do not charge Credit-Card by default to renew customer subscribed service(s). However, You can request us to charge your Credit Card to keep your service(s) running.

* To get your Credit Card charged automatically by our system, you have to open a ticket as a record that you authorized that.

* We accept Paypal via "2Checkout" at the moment. We are not auto charging via Paypal / 2Checkout at the moment.
