12.1 – We reserve the rights to ask for additional information from our subscribers if needed to validate account or transaction.

12.2 – Each Payment Processor may have its own fee rule.

12.3 – If Refund is not possible with the payment processor you have used will be credited to your “Credit Balance”.

12.4 – “Credit Balance” can be used to purchase any of the “Products or Services” offered by “RootLayer.net or Current Site”

12.5 – Above Payment & Fees Terms are applied equally to all “Countries”.

12.6 – “Fixed Fee” is charged by Gateway Processor by default so it is non-refundable from our own Pocket.

12.7 – Bitcoin(CryptoCurrency) Payment must be Confirmed (2 or 3) before showing as “Paid” Invoice Status.

12.8 – We may ask for verification or documents if you pay through Credit / Debit Cards.

12.9 – Credit / Debit Cards statement might be asked if you pay through Credit / Debit Cards.
