We will discuss here on why your RootLayer.net account can face a closure due to high percentage of service termination rate.
Example, if you have or had 10 services with us while you had 3 services which faced a termination due to abuse generation, then your "Termination rate" will be 30%. Like 3 services got terminated out of your 10 used services.
The above is an example.
We decided to close accounts which have minimum of 15% to anything higher termination rate.
If your account face a closure, you cannot order anything with that account. You have to create a new account.
This decision taken to make the environment better and safer.
