Gesammt-Bewertung | I am customer since this year and i am really really satisfied with service and support. The RDP's are freaking stable and never really had problems with connections or whatever. But you have to be sure with what you are doing and should be able to configure firewall for incoming connections etc. I recently had a problem with my payment. I was in vacation and had no possibilities to check my mails and was not able to pay my (unknown) invoice. Support was REALLY fast and accepted my request to check if it's possible to "revive" the server to get at least a backup of all my datas on it. It should've had already deleted but they were able to get my server back as it was before with all my datas. And still the same IP-Adress and everything like before. I'm glad that i am ordering my Dedicated Servers only from rootlayer. So far my best experience (tried 3 other web services). |

Gesammt-Bewertung | I have been using this service for over 2 years now. The support is slow at times but has improved a lot in recent times. There has been little to zero downtime for my server. Reliable service to try. I would rate it five stars but due to slow support, I have reduced it to four. |

Gesammt-Bewertung | I have been using them on and off for years with no issues so id on't get what's going on. Paid for order on January 24, 2021 using Bitcoins. Today is the 27th and my order still hasn't been fulfilled. Contacted support on their site, telegram and skype multiple times. No response... Update: 02/05/2021 - Got a response and server was delivered. No reason was given for the long wait and no apology from them... 03/25/2021 - They sent an email to customers about a week ago apologizing and listing the reasons for their lack of support. So, I bought a new server yesterday and received it within 24 hours. |
